How to submit to Peerlist: cost, link and review time
Peerlist Launchpad is a weekly launch board for projects, open to anyone with a Verified Peerlist profile, and the help center mentions no fee. Peerlist's FAQ states that only the top 5 projects of the week are awarded a backlink. We could not read a live listing, because peerlist.io blocked automated requests, so the rel value is unverified. It suits developer and design projects.

Is Peerlist worth it?
Peerlist Launchpad is a weekly launch window that opens on Monday and runs for a week. Its draw is an audience of developers, designers and product people, with your launch attached to a public profile. The ranking uses an aggregate score of upvotes, comments, views, link visits and overall traction, with higher weight for verified profiles. For the first two days, projects appear in random order to give equal exposure. Winners get newsletter and social features plus a badge.
It is a good match when you are a developer or designer who already uses Peerlist. Because launches are attached to a personal profile, the project becomes part of your public work history, and the audience of builders can give practical feedback. It is a weaker fit for products aimed at non-technical buyers.
What to prepare before you submit to Peerlist
You need a Verified profile and a completed project. A project below 100% completion fails to launch, so finish every required field before Monday. Launch from an individual profile. Peerlist states that projects launched from company or non-personal profiles are removed, as are projects reported for spam or copying other products. Prepare real, qualitative engagement. Peerlist says only qualitative comments count toward ranking, and upvotes from verified profiles weigh more.
Finish profile verification early, since it is a prerequisite for launching and a launch will fail otherwise. Complete the project entry with the required fields and a comprehensive description, then schedule the launch for the week you want if you will miss Monday.
Peerlist trade-offs
The backlink is not guaranteed: Peerlist states only the top 5 weekly projects receive one. If link value is your goal, that is a ranking contest, not a listing. We could not inspect a live listing, so we do not know whether the awarded link is followed. Treat it as unverified. The audience skews toward builders. It fits dev tools, design files and digital products better than mainstream consumer products.
The ranking is not a pure vote count. Peerlist says it combines upvotes, comments, views, link visits and overall traction, and that qualitative comments count while low-effort ones do not. Winners receive newsletter and social features plus a badge, which is visibility rather than a link.
How we checked
We read Peerlist’s own submission, pricing and policy pages on 2026-11-01, and for the link attribute we read the raw HTML of a live public listing rather than relying on the platform’s description. Prices and rules change; the date at the top is the last time each fact on this page was checked. Sources:

Toolfound publishes this page and runs its own launch board, so we are not neutral about launching. No platform paid to be profiled here. The rules we apply to ourselves are on the methodology page.
Common questions
Is the Peerlist backlink dofollow?
Unknown. Peerlist states only the top 5 projects of the week get a backlink, but its pages do not say which rel value is used, and we could not read a live listing because the site returned HTTP 403.
Is Peerlist Launchpad free?
The help center describes no fee. Anyone with a Verified Peerlist profile can launch.
When can I launch on Peerlist?
The launch window opens on Monday every week and the launch continues for a week. You can also schedule a launch for a later week.
Can I launch from a company profile?
No. Peerlist says only individual profiles with a valid name and profile picture can launch, and projects from company profiles are removed.
How are Peerlist Launchpad projects ranked?
Peerlist says it uses an aggregate score of upvotes, comments, views, link visits and overall traction. The first two days (Monday and Tuesday) show projects in random order, and verified profiles carry higher weight.
