What it does
About STLFixer
STLFixer is a free browser tool for checking STL files before they go back into your slicer. Open a file, look around the 3D preview, and see which mesh issues the tool reports. Your model stays on your device, and you don't need to install anything or create an account.
It accepts ASCII and binary STL files up to 50 MB. You can remove exact duplicate and degenerate faces, correct supported face-orientation issues, and try limited repairs for small triangular holes or selected local intersections. A before-and-after view helps you review what changed before downloading the result.
Large gaps, general non-manifold reconstruction, and widespread self-intersections need another tool. STLFixer also can't check wall thickness or guarantee that a model will print. After repair, open the downloaded file in Bambu Studio, Cura, or your usual slicer and check the dimensions and layer preview.
