Talynce

Talynce is an AI recruiting platform for hiring teams. It parses resumes, screens and ranks candidates, and runs automated AI phone and video interviews, including technical interviews, around the clock, so recruiters spend time only on the strongest applicants. Built in Noida, India (founded 2025). How it works: a recruiter adds a job, and Talynce reads incoming resumes, matches them against the role's requirements, and shortlists the best fits. Shortlisted candidates get an AI phone or video interview at a time that suits them, and technical roles can include a coding or skills round. Recruiters then review interview summaries and scores in one dashboard before deciding who moves forward. Talynce suits startups, staffing agencies, and in-house talent teams that want faster, more consistent screening.
