Recruiter Copilot

Recruiter Copilot is a free Chrome extension for recruiters and recruitment agency founders. As you browse LinkedIn, it scores each profile against your job description and shows the result in a sidebar: a 0 to 100% match score, the skills that match, the skills that are missing, and an experience check. There is no searching, no copying profiles into another tool and no comparing tabs. It only works on the profiles you open, so there is no scraping. Recruiters use it to decide in seconds whether a candidate is worth a message, which saves hours of manual screening every week and shortens time to close. Core matching is free forever, with unlimited LinkedIn profile matching and no card required. Pro costs about $9 a month and adds multi-job matching, AI verification, advanced analytics and bulk export. It works on Chrome, Edge, Brave and other Chromium browsers. Recruiter Copilot is part of RecruitAI Suite, built by a small team that works closely with independent recruiters and boutique agencies.
