RebuttalKit

RebuttalKit helps small businesses organize payment-dispute evidence before preparing a response. The free English-language organizer includes a fictional demo that shows how to arrange a timeline, supporting evidence and response notes. It is designed to make the preparation process easier to follow and review. An optional kit costs US$19 once for a one-business license. It includes editable procedures, checklists, templates and trackers in Markdown and CSV formats, which a business can adapt to its own workflow. The free organizer and demo remain available separately from the paid kit. RebuttalKit does not automatically submit disputes, provide legal advice or guarantee a successful outcome. Businesses remain responsible for checking their payment provider’s requirements, evidence and deadlines before submitting a response.
