Leon

Leon is a self-hosted virtual assistant built on Node.js and Python that executes tasks based on voice or text commands. Designed for users who prioritize data ownership and privacy, Leon operates entirely on infrastructure under the user's control, with no mandatory reliance on third-party services. The platform leverages natural language processing, text-to-speech, and speech-to-recognition technologies to enable interaction. Its modular architecture allows developers to extend functionality through custom skills and integrations. Leon supports multiple cloud-based and offline speech services, and operates under the MIT license with no commercial pricing model.
