About Commerce Recovery
Delivered the item? Lost the chargeback? Commerce Recovery’s Chargeback Recovery app helps Shopify Payments merchants review eligible lost-chargeback cases, considering the order, delivery, refunds and remaining balance before choosing what proceeds. Delivery or a lost bank dispute alone does not establish that money is due.
Merchants can approve cases with scheduled reminders, pause cases or explicitly enable automatic recovery for eligible future cases. Connecting a store alone sends no messages. Customers choose whether to repay through the merchant’s Shopify checkout. Repayment does not reverse the bank decision and recovery is not guaranteed.
No monthly subscription; 20% of successfully recovered payments.
